Terms & conditions

These terms are a contract between Nexus Point ("we", "us" — registered in England and Wales, company number 07566006, VAT number 109958281) and the business that registers a MyPrepCentre account ("you"). By registering, or by using an account your administrator created for you, you accept them. MyPrepCentre is a business tool for vehicle-preparation workflows; it is not offered to consumers.
Your account
- You're responsible for the people you invite: keeping their access up to date, removing leavers, and everything done under your users' sign-ins.
- Keep passwords confidential. Tell us promptly at support@nexuspoint.co.uk if you suspect an account has been compromised.
- The data you enter must be yours to use, accurate enough to work with, and lawful. Where it includes personal data about your customers, you're the data controller and must have a lawful basis for it.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial of the full product. No payment details are needed to start. If no payment method has been added when the trial ends, the account is paused — your data is kept, and adding a payment method restores access immediately.
Pricing & billing
- The subscription is priced per active site at the rates published on myprepcentre.com when you subscribe — currently £150 a month for the first site, £75 a month each for sites two to five, and £50 a month for each site after that. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the current UK rate.
- Billing runs monthly on the 1st of the month by card, collected by Stripe. Invoices and receipts are emailed to your Client admins or to the invoice email address you set in Admin → Billing.
- Sites added mid-month are charged pro rata for the remainder of that month on your next invoice. Sites removed mid-month stop being charged from the next month — no mid-month credits.
- If a payment fails we'll retry automatically and let you know. If it keeps failing, the account is paused until the payment method is fixed. We may change pricing with at least one full calendar month's written notice — we'll email your Client admins, and new prices only ever take effect from the 1st of a month.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal or by emailing us. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for; amounts already paid aren't refunded. After cancellation we can delete your data on request, and in any case it is removed in line with our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use MyPrepCentre to do anything unlawful, to attempt to access other customers' data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to send spam. We can suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why when we do.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. We process it only to run the service, as described in our privacy policy, and your administrators control who in your business can see it. You can set how long operational history is kept in Admin → General settings.
Service & support
We aim to keep MyPrepCentre available around the clock, but a subscription of this kind doesn't come with a guaranteed uptime level. We may update and improve the product over time; if we ever withdraw it, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data. Support is by email at support@nexuspoint.co.uk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits or lost data — and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in that period.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If we update these terms materially we'll note the new date above and, for significant changes, email your Client admins. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
